Forches School Barnstaple

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Further to my earlier email on
this topic ,I have just noticed 3 serious safety faults with the
Lightning protection test results at the subject title.

1. There is only one earthing (grounding point) on the whole
system, which beggars belief.

2. Surge Protection has not been fitted which compromise
child and teacher safety using the telephone/computer system during a
thunderstorm.

3. Lightning Risk Assessment on generic RA form and does not comply to BS/EN /62305 requirements. Risk
Assessment shall be site specific.

I fully understand this
school is outside your remit, but it would appear the Devon County Council
are compromising public safety ref thunderstorms

I call upon my MP for urgent action

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Residential boats discharging raw sewage

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Wed, June 29, 2016 19:11:37

Email sent – 28/06/2016 18:03

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please add this to my long list of complaints which
currently stands at around 38 points.

As a former Environment Minister, I am sure you are
aware that it prohibited to discharge boat holding tanks into rivers, streams
etc.

Therefore, can you please advise me why The Devon County
Council turn a blind eye to the fact there is approximately a dozen ”
residential” boats based in the basin which discharge raw sewage into the
basin in the close proximity to the DCC
Water Sports Centre on Haven Banks.

With thanks

Teachers carrying our risk assessments

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Further to my email earlier today ref the subject title.

Please see the photograph of the generic risk assessment
being used by Devon County Council on schools. It beggars belief that teachers
are conducting risk assessment on school premises.

For your information action and files

Forches Cross School

Attn The Governors

Dear Sirs

Please be advised your school is non compliant to
lightning regulations and has compromised safety of the pupils and teachers.

I have drawn this conclusion from recent Lightning Test
Records via the FOIA. I also believe your school are neglecting their duty of
care ref Risk Assessments in general.

I am able to discuss this matter further via this email.

With thanks

Dear Sirs

Please see the HSENI report on
the collapsed Wind Turbine in Co Tyrone Northern Ireland.

I now wish to elevate this
complaint to the ICO because there is new evidence now available that the HSENI
are acting in consort with 3rd parties to cover up crimes. The new
evidence I refer to is photographs that the debris from the collapsed wind
turbine offers far more threat to the general public than reported by the
HSENI.

I fully understand my
request to the ICO exceeds the time limit for the ICO as laid down by the FOI
but the new evidence I now hold confirms the HSENI have acted in bad faith.

Moreover and more importantly, the HSENI attached report
supports my allegations that they have acted in bad faith. Their report has been
redacted to approx 80% .

No person applying a right and proper mind would redact a public document to such a degree and Christopher Graham the IC is on record
saying documents which are heavily redacted generally reflect wrongdoing.

I consider my request comes under the FOIA/2000 and not the
EIR 2004. Granted, it is ref a wind turbine but that does not equate to EIRA
2004.

To Ben Bradshaw, MP

Dear Mr Bradshaw

This is the HSENI report for the collapsed wind turbine
in Jan 2015. Please note it took them 8 months to publish the report, and they
didn’t visit the site until one week post collapse

I appreciate this is outside your remit but I am merely
showing you how incompetent/ corrupt the HSE are.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Subject: LIGHTNING DANGERS AT OVER 500 DEVON SCHOOLS
To: BRADSHAW Ben <BradshawBP@parliament.uk>

Dear Mr Bradshaw

As we now enter the summer we
can expect more frequent thunderstorms.

Please see the BBC report ref the Lychett Minster
school fire caused by lightning a couple of years ago.

As you are aware, the Devon
County Council have failed their duty of care to ensure over 500 school under
their remit have been provisioned with any Lightning Risk Assessment.

Shall we wait for body bags before you do something?

For your information, action and
files

yours sincerely
