Does the Co-op support the Labour Party?

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I note from the local press you attended the re-opening of the Haven Banks Co-op refurbishment programme yesterday. No wonder you don’t have time to see me
at your surgery to discuss serious issues such fraud and theft of public
funds, life threatening dangers etc because you are too busy with trivial
matters.

In today’s austere times and the Co-op banking scandal amongst other things,
I am astonished the Co-op of just paid out £1/2million pounds for such a
refit.

Co-op Building Management Team need to get back to Specsavers if that’s
how they are spending money.

Real wood on the floors I am told by the staff; I would want gold tiles for
£1/2million and real wood is not actually environmental friendly, is it?

A retrograde step, Mr Ben Bradshaw MP

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I am bitterly disappointed but not surprised at your comments ref my lifetime email ban imposed against me by the Devon County Council . You have advised me to submit
my FOIA requests via normal post, which I intend to do under protest. However,
if and when the DCC respond to me it will require the DCC to make hard copy
paper responses, which is hardly environmental friendly, as opposed to sending
me information electronically and will cost impact the DCC.

Quite frankly Mr Bradshaw, I think the DCC lifetime email ban against me is
a serious breach of my Human Rights and I believe it has been put in place to
purposely obstruct me using the FOIA and the flow of public information, which
is in breach of section 77 of the FOIA 2000.

However, I will jump through the silly hoops that the DCC put in my way,
which you have turned a willful blind eye to.

In the event the Court of Appeal rule in my favour, I would expect this
Draconian email ban to be lifted.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Alan M Dransfield.

Dransfield funds Ben Bradshaw MP but can’t see him

Dear Mr Bradshaw

As you are aware, you have categorically refused to meet me at your Friday
surgery. In the event the Court of Appeal rule in my favour and declare my FOIA
requests as non-vexatious, will you change your mind and allow me to use your
Friday night surgery?

In the event the Court of Appeal does rule in my favour, I would like my MP to
write to the Devon County Council and declare all my previous FOIA requests as non-vexatious. Also, a
good reason to remove their lifetime email ban don’t you think?
Wwith thanks

What Do They Know Website – A charity? Really?

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Mon, March 16, 2015 08:46:39

Email sent – 13 March 2015 10:01

Dear Mr Bradshaw

As you are aware, I have been banned from the What Do They Know website since
Oct 2011.

To this end please provide me with a copy of all your correspondence to the
WDTK regarding my ban.

The WDTK is a charity organization receiving Government funding; hence,
they have no legal right to ban me from their website or do they?

Could you also provide me with a copy all your letters and emails to the
Health and Safety Executive regarding their lifetime email against me and the same for the Devon County Council ban.

With thanks

Alan M Dransfield.

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Owing to the lifetime email ban imposed by the Devon County Council, I would
be grateful if you would submit a FOIA request for me to the DCC ref the subject
title.

1. Please provide a copy of the planning permission to demolish the gas storage tank ( GST).

2. Please provide a copy of the planning approval for
the dwellings to be built on the GST site.

3. What was the value of the
scrap metal of the GST and where did this cash go?

With thanks

Don’t be so “vexatious” Mr Dransfield

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the attached Asbestos Guidance from the Devon County Council. Your attention is
drawn to the date of this document i.e 2009.

It would appear also that the DCC is devoid of any Asbestos Policy and
Procedures for Asbestos.

It would appear the DCC do not take their legal obligations ref Asbestos safety seriously.

Could you please write to the Devon County Council and ask them for an update on this matter.

I would like to put in a FOIA request to the DCC asking them for the total cost of this white elephant, but it would surely be refused under vexatious exemptions.

Child Sex Abuse Inquiry – vexatious ban on release of information

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Mon, March 09, 2015 12:23:08

Email sent – 07 March 2015 06:47

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the attached letter from Lady Goddard’s Secretariat for the forthcoming Child Sex Abuse Inquiry. As you are aware, I am on record that the ICO and the DCC are part of a wider conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and cover up of child sex abuse via willful use of section 14(1) of the FOIA 2000, Vexatious Exemptions and in particular the Dransfield v ICO case ref GIA/3037/2011. As you are aware, this case is currently awaiting a Court of Appeal decision under ref C3/2013/1855.

For some inexplicable reason you have refused categorically to meet me at your Friday night surgery to discuss this and other issues which leaves a very bad taste in my mouth…..

My only redress against your consistent failures and inaction is to boycott you at the next general election.

Yours sincerely

Alan M Dransfield.

Independent Panel Inquiry into Child Sex Abuse
The Inquiry Secretariat, C/O 2 Marsham St, London, SW1P 4DF

Dear Sirs

I acknowledge and thank you for your attached letter. I wish to make two important corrections to your letter.

1. It was not my FOIA request.

2. I have not received any response from the ICO on this topic. Why would I because I did not send a FOI request?

Such errors by your panel does not instil me with the greatest of confidence that a thorough investigation into child abuse will take place.

I fully agree with you that it is of the “utmost importance” that children and young people are kept safe from all forms of abuse. However, to achieve this, there must be unfettered access to public records and I fervently do believe the ICO are complicit with the Police and other 3rd Parties to obstruct the FOIA 2000. In particular, the unlawful use of Section 14(1) Vexatious Exemptions as prescribed in the GIA/3037/2011 Dransfield v ICO, ref C3/2013/1855 currently before the Court of Appeal. I fervently do not believe that section 14(1) vexatious exemption can be used as a fair minded exemption and especially not in this sex scandal case.

Transparency, accountability and security must be seen to be working at the ICO to allow public access to sex scandal legal documents and at this Juncture it is not seen to be working. On the contrary, records at the ICO support my claims the ICO are complicit with others to cover up child Sex abuse.

I reiterate my offer to present myself as a witness to the Independent Panel to give evidence on this matter in the interest of justice.

For your information,action and files

With thanks

Alan M Dransfield
