Does the Co-op support the Labour Party?

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Tue, March 24, 2015 02:07:29

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I note from the local press you attended the re-opening of the Haven Banks Co-op refurbishment programme yesterday. No wonder you don’t have time to see me
at your surgery to discuss serious issues such fraud and theft of public
funds, life threatening dangers etc because you are too busy with trivial
matters.

In today’s austere times and the Co-op banking scandal amongst other things,
I am astonished the Co-op of just paid out £1/2million pounds for such a
refit.

Co-op Building Management Team need to get back to Specsavers if that’s
how they are spending money.

Real wood on the floors I am told by the staff; I would want gold tiles for
£1/2million and real wood is not actually environmental friendly, is it?

Yours etc

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

This is a clear example why we must save the FOIA from the dark forces who
attack it i.e., Coalition Government and the Information Commissioner’s Office

A retrograde step, Mr Ben Bradshaw MP

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I am bitterly disappointed but not surprised at your comments ref my lifetime email ban imposed against me by the Devon County Council . You have advised me to submit
my FOIA requests via normal post, which I intend to do under protest. However,
if and when the DCC respond to me it will require the DCC to make hard copy
paper responses, which is hardly environmental friendly, as opposed to sending
me information electronically and will cost impact the DCC.

Quite frankly Mr Bradshaw, I think the DCC lifetime email ban against me is
a serious breach of my Human Rights and I believe it has been put in place to
purposely obstruct me using the FOIA and the flow of public information, which
is in breach of section 77 of the FOIA 2000.

However, I will jump through the silly hoops that the DCC put in my way,
which you have turned a willful blind eye to.

In the event the Court of Appeal rule in my favour, I would expect this
Draconian email ban to be lifted.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Information Commissioner’s Office investigates itself. Hmmmmm

Justice Select Committee

Dear Sirs

Please see the attached Information Commissioner’s Office decision FS 50568146 dated 15/3/2015. This ICO
decision is tangible evidence that the ICO is not independent as they
claim.

Whilst the Complainant to this decision is not named,i t is public knowledge
that the Complainant was employees of the ICO; hence, how can the ICO remain
independent when they investigate complaints about themselves made by
themselves?

Moreover and more importantly, there is a huge public interest in this
particular case. Hence, the ICO weas wrong to refuse the FOIA request from its
own employees.

Should the Crown Prosecution Service be prosecuted?

Justice Select Committee

Dear Sirs

Please see the ICO decision notice attached, which I consider is tangible
evidence that the ICO and the Crown Prosecution Service are complicit to pervert the course of justice
and is a flagrant breach of section 77 of the FOIA 2000.

In particular, please ref to para 15 &16 of the ICO decision which the
ICO & CPS have relied upon the GIA/3037/2011 Dransfield v ICO and Devon
County Council.

As you are aware the GIA case is still before the Court of Appeal as a live
active case under C3/2013/1855.

For you information,action and files

with thanks

Yours sincerely

Alan M Dransfield.
