Time for the Information Commissioner to spend more time with his family, whether they like it or not

Information Commissioner Posted on Sun, August 30, 2015 08:18:27

Information Commissioner

Attn Mr Christopher Graham

Dear Sir

EA/2012/0039 CONLNSEO V ICO

Please see the First Tier Tribunal decision on the subject title, which I
consider is Prima Facia evidence that the Iinformation Commissioner’s Office and you in particular have acted in
bad faith and have withheld information and obstructed justice.

The Upper Tribunal have just returned a decision on this
particular case that the ICO must disclose the 305 journalist names, but
it is apparent from court records that the ICO has acted in bad faith on this
particular case from day 1.

From the very first paragraph of the attached FTT
decision, it is clear that you were acting in bad faith.

You have wasted thousands of pounds of taxpayers’ money on
this particular case; ditto for the Dransfield vexatious nonsense.

You also had the audacity to lie and deceive the FTT and
then appeal the FTT decision to the Upper Tribunal…..

…..Your position as Information Commissioner becomes more
untenable each and every day and I urge you to do the right and proper
thing i.e., resign.

Your actions and inactions bring the good name of the ICO
into disrepute on a daily basis.

For your information, action and files

Yours etc

Alan M Dransfield

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I urge you to read this news article, then proceed to the
Devon County Council HQ in Topsham Road and kick down the doors and demand answers.

This is the real reason why the DCC are fighting my FOIA
cases. Based on this news article, it is your duty as an MP to call for an
immediate public inquiry into the 6 PFI schools in Exeter.

Yours in disgust

Dransfield

The Information Commission says this is just plain wrong

PFI Schools Posted on Sat, August 29, 2015 07:38:18

The Information Commissioner has declared sensible questions regarding PFI school safety as “vexatious”. Whose side is he on? I often wonder.

Comments from this article:-

“My child goes to a PFI funded school which suffered for many years from a legionella contaminated water supply. The value for money we are getting as taxpayers from this PFI scam (there is no better term for PFI than ‘scam’) is so incredibly poor and the evaluation of PFI so woefully deficient that I often wonder whether their best purpose could be to serve as an interesting school project – let the kids look at the facts, do the sums and form their conclusions”

“The ‘excuse’ is that PFI delivers a better product, faster, at a better price. Faster and at a better price is no doubt achievable, but thinking you will get a better product is to display naivety on an epic scale. As soon as you factor in profit, then you guarantee corner cutting. What I do know for sure (from somebody involved in PFI projects) is that PFI procurement is a farce and lots of people get opportunities to stick their snout in the trough. Bet that comes as a surprise.”

Is Devon County Council confused between the FOIA and the EIR

Devon County Council Posted on Sun, August 23, 2015 07:19:23

The request was for
technical information (NOT, repeat NOT) environmental information.

I ask yet again, will Bradshaw act?

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sun, August 23, 2015 07:13:15

Dear Mr Bradshaw

You are on record saying, ” Mr Dransfield , if you have
tangible evidence of fraud at the Devon County Council, please bring it to my attention
and I will contact the Police.”

Please see the attached document from the DCC, which I
consider is tangible evidence of fraud. This document proves without a shadow
of doubt that the DCC are circumventing the FOIA 2000, which is tantamount to
fraud and abuse of power. The DCC are knowingly and wilfully
disseminating false and misleading information to the general public denying
them access to public information.

This attached document has been released to the general
public to cover up serious crimes on the Exeter PFI School Contracts.

For your information, action and files.

With thanks
