The ICO should be hit with costs

Upper Tribunal

Dear Sirs

As you are aware, the UT put this case in abeyance pending the Court of
Appeal Judgement C3/2013/1855 Dransfield v ICO.

In the event the Court of Appeal rule in my favour, I invite the Upper Tribunal to
strike out the attached decision and to order costs against the ICO.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Dransfield funds Ben Bradshaw MP but can’t see him

Dear Mr Bradshaw

As you are aware, you have categorically refused to meet me at your Friday
surgery. In the event the Court of Appeal rule in my favour and declare my FOIA
requests as non-vexatious, will you change your mind and allow me to use your
Friday night surgery?

In the event the Court of Appeal does rule in my favour, I would like my MP to
write to the Devon County Council and declare all my previous FOIA requests as non-vexatious. Also, a
good reason to remove their lifetime email ban don’t you think?
Wwith thanks

Alan M Dransfield.

JUSTICE SELECT COMMITTEE

Dear Sirs

Further to my earlier email ref the wrongdoing of the FTT and abuse of
power. please see the attached Upper Tribunal decision notice from Judge Edward Jacobs(JJ)
dated Nov 2013 and in particular para 19 where JJ refers to ” DRACONIAN STEPS
OF STRIKING OUT THE PROCEEDINGS.”

The arbitrary strike out of First Tier Tribunal appeals application by Judge NJ Warren is
an abuse of power.

For your information, action and files.

Justice Select Committee

Dear Sirs

Please see the attached First Tier Tribunal (FTT) decision ref EA/2014/0149
dated 11/12/14, which is tangible evidence of a pattern of systemic failures at
the ICO and HM Courts.

This FTT decision based on section 14/1 could not be reached by any person
applying a right and proper mind.

Therefore, this attached decision must have been reached by a perverse
mindset and yet further tangible evidence the FTT Court are complicit with the
ICO to pervert the course of justice and flagrant breach of section 77 of the
FOIA 2000.

For your information action and files.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

What Do They Know Website – A charity? Really?

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Mon, March 16, 2015 08:46:39

Email sent – 13 March 2015 10:01

Dear Mr Bradshaw

As you are aware, I have been banned from the What Do They Know website since
Oct 2011.

To this end please provide me with a copy of all your correspondence to the
WDTK regarding my ban.

The WDTK is a charity organization receiving Government funding; hence,
they have no legal right to ban me from their website or do they?

Could you also provide me with a copy all your letters and emails to the
Health and Safety Executive regarding their lifetime email against me and the same for the Devon County Council ban.

With thanks

Alan M Dransfield.

No Project Asset Management plans for individual projects?

Devon County Council Posted on Mon, March 16, 2015 08:32:57

Email sent – 14 March 2015 08:37

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

Ref your letter dated 12th March 2015 attached to the letter from Kris Hopkins
at the Department of Communities and Local Government. To be frank with you Mr Bradshaw, it may possibly be that you are both painted with the same
incompetent/negligent brush.

How on earth can Devon County Council achieve value for money, transparency, accountability and security without any Project Asset
Management Plans for individual projects?

No wonder the Devon County Council has put me on a lifetime email ban and no wonder they
declare all my freedom of information requests as vexatious because it might appear that they are hiding multi million pound fraud.

In the event they do not hold individual Project Asset Management Plans
their overall AMP are a worthless scrap of paper.

You need to withdraw your ostrich head from the sand and so do your shadow Government buddies riding the capital budget gravy train and wake up to
the fraud in the PFI & PPP…..

Wakey wakey Mr Bradshaw MP.

In the event the Devon County Council does not hold any Project Asset Management Plans they
are incapable of fiscal accountability or security.

Yours in disgust

Dransfield

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Owing to the lifetime email ban imposed by the Devon County Council, I would
be grateful if you would submit a FOIA request for me to the DCC ref the subject
title.

1. Please provide a copy of the planning permission to demolish the gas storage tank ( GST).

2. Please provide a copy of the planning approval for
the dwellings to be built on the GST site.

3. What was the value of the
scrap metal of the GST and where did this cash go?
