Deception by Devon County Council

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sun, August 16, 2015 13:06:04

Email sent – 16.08 – 12.50

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I wish to report major deception by the Devon County Council ref the As Built
Health and Safety File which I sent to your earlier.

This document was released under the FOIA only a few weeks
ago.

It is NOT (repeat NOT) the As Built Health and Safety File
as requested by the two FOIA unknown requesters. It is the Pre Construction
Phase H&S Files, which is different animal all together.

Could this be the reason why the DCC are spending
thousands of pounds to fight my FOIA case because they do not have the As Built Health and Safety files as required by law?.

This is evidence of further deception by the DCC.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Lost his moral compass

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sat, August 15, 2015 06:52:59

Dear Mr Bradshaw

It is with deep regret that I have reached the conclusion
you have lost your moral compass with your consistent failure to acknowledge or
respond to my concerns for life-threatening dangers in and around Exeter.

You have refused categorically to allow my access to your
Friday night surgery, you have recently debarred me from you Facebook page and you
have refused to reply or acknowledge dozens of my emails ref fraud and
theft of public funds, criminal negligence by the Devon County Council, inter alia.

You have failed your fiduciary duty of care as my MP to
assist a constituent in need of help..

Unfortunately, I have no other recourse of action other than
the ballot box but that will not prevent me from exposing you as the fraud
which you are.

Yours in disgust

Mr Bradshaw

Can you explain to me why these regulations were bypassed on
the Quay climbing centre please? In particular, the hand rails safety barriers and the stairs
tread depth.

Steiner Schools and CRB checks

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sun, August 02, 2015 16:14:17

Email sent – 01/08/15 07.08

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I understand that teachers at any Steiner School are not
required to undergo CRB checks. If that is the case, how can the schools
guarantee the safety of the children from paedophiles and other potential
dangers.

I call upon my MP to write to the Df E asking why CRB checks
are not mandatory at Steiner schools nationwide.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Shame on Ben Bradshaw

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Tue, July 21, 2015 06:32:37

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Could you please give me an explanation why your name is
included in the following roll call of shame where Labour MP’s have deserted
their constituents in time of need ref benefit cuts.

Its hardly surprising Labour Party supporters are leaving
in their droves. Your position as MP for Exeter is untenable and you
should consider resigning.

It is a fact your deserted me in my time of needs against
the ICO & DCC Mafia.

For your information action and files

Does Balfour Beatty take safety seriously?

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sun, July 12, 2015 05:46:53

Email sent 5/7/15 at 0910

Dear Mr Bradshaw

The answer to that question is included in this press
article.

Don’t forget Balfour Beatty are responsible for the Exeter
PFI Schools (partial) and the Rugby Bridge and Stadium.

Shall we wait until body bags are required in Devon for you to
take this matter seriously?

For your information, action and files.

And, there’s more…

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sat, March 28, 2015 08:48:26

Email sent – 28 March 2015 08:41

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Further to my earlier complaints about the Micky Mouse flood prevention plans, I have also now learnt there is an additional footbridge planned to
connect the allotments to the existing footpath in phase 2, which beggars
belief.

There is absolutely no need for an extra pedestrian bridge which will no
doubt cost another £100k minimum.

The existing flood relief channel will be converted in a full tidal river
but there doesn’t appear to be be any boating/mooring facilities along this new
stretch, which will present serious health and safety issues for boating visitors. There
will also be no ambulance access to the current allotments. Indeed, there will
be no vehicular access to the allotments.

Has this been considered?

Yours etc

Flooding defences won’t defend

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sat, March 28, 2015 07:24:18

Email sent – 27 March 2015 07:56

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I am sure you are aware that the new £30million flood defence works
schedule was in yesterday’s Express and Echo along with photos of before and
Aater the works.

Quite frankly, the after photographs confirm my fears that the environmental and Devon County C ouncil engineers don’t know what they are doing and under the
current plans it will not prevent floods – in particular:-

1. The photograph of the quay outside the pizza restaurant shows a flood fate from the building line to the river. This is a complete waste of time because if
the river “backs up” it will flood all the premises on the Quay.

2. At the Terra Plaza they propose a new wall approx 5 metres from the existing
wall from the Bar Venizia to the existing warehouse, which means the block of houses/flats on Haven Bank will be flooded. It would have been more practical
and cheaper to raise existing wall by 500 mm from the Wellcome Cafe to the
Exebridges. It will also result in the new climbing centre being flooded.

3. They propose to raise the footpath from the Harvester Pub for 100 metres eastward, which would leave all the premises on Haven Banks and westwards
vulnerable.

4. The houses near Clipper Quay have not been considered for
protection.

I hope the new flood works on Phase Two are superior than Phase One, which
has seen huge holes in the existing wall repaired with sandbags, which beggars
belief. In particular, the wall opposite the Climbing Tower has been repaired
in a manner of a “cowboy builder”. Photographs of this have been sent to you
recently. Sandbags are OK for temporary repairs and flood prevention, but I would not
consider sandbags as a permanent repair.

Could I suggest/recommend meeting you with these so called “engineers” to
discuss my concerns and fears?

God only knows what their proposals are for Cowley Bridge and the Mill on
the Exe, but I have seen enough of their proposals around the Quay and Haven
Banks to make me thankful I live on the 3rd floor.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Alan M Dransfield
