Aarhus Convention

Information Commissioner Posted on Sun, May 01, 2016 07:24:46

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

I fervently do believe that the ICO and Devon CC have
consistently and wilfully breached the Aarhus Convention with this vexatious BS
under GIA/3037/2011 Dransfield v ICO.

I now call upon my MP to write to the appropriate
government department responsible for the Aarhus Convention with a view to
conducting an official inquiry.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

When will Richard Bailey of the ICO be sacked?

Richard Bailey

Information Commissioner Solicitor

Dear Sir

It is fairly obvious that the ICO has neglected their
legal remit under the Aarhus Convention and please be advised that I have now
made an official complaint to UNECE.

The tangible evidence that the ICO have acted illegally
can be viewed at the ICO website and in particular the ICO decision notice
GIA/3037/2011!Dransfield v ICO.

There is demonstrable evidence on file that the ICO and
in particular Christopher Graham has acted willfully and illegally to prevent
the British general public’s access to environmental information regarding numerous issues from wind turbines energy,
PFI schools, lightning protection – the list is endless.

I put you on notice that I have now placed an official
complaint against the ICO and Christopher Graham and your good self who have
acted in bad faith to obstruct my access to the FOIA 2000 and EIR 2004.

For your information,action and files

Yours sincerely

Bradshaw will wring his hands when the body bags arrive

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

I am appalled at
your general apathy towards the Health & Safetyissues identified in Scottish PFI
schools, and in my view you should be kicking doors down at both the Devon
County Council and the Exeter City Council.

We know for a fact the 6 PFI schools were constructed
with contaminated cement from Lafarge, and we also know about a myriad of other
H& S Issues at the Exeter PFI schools.

You take your time Mr B, and it is highly probable that
we will need body bags before you get off your bottom and do something
about these 6 PFI Schools.

Yours in disgust

Not even safety equipment being used

Dear Mr Bradshaw

It is so reassuring to see the Scottish Health & Safety authorities taking H&S issues very seriously.

Just look at this photograph of a clown standing adjacent
to a collapsed school wall without a hard hat.

Have you had a reply back from the Devon County Council
yet ref the 6 PFI schools in Exeter?

Do you feel the need to talk to me yet at your Friday night surgery?

Yours etc

RIDDOR/Wind Turbines

Windfarms Posted on Sun, May 01, 2016 07:12:14

Email sent – 23/04/2016 07:41

Dear Mr Bradshaw

In appreciate such matters are outside your remit, but I
wish to keep you informed of dangerous events which I claim threaten the
general public and the environment.

I refer to the wind turbines which are non-complaint to
HSE separation guidelines.

In particular I refer to the two wind turbines
installed at:

1. Pennygillam Ind Est Launceston

2. Swanton Morely VC School in Norfolk.

I have reported these incidents, which I claim come under
the Health and Safety Executive Reporting Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences ( RIDDOR) As you are aware, the
HSE has imposed a lifetime ban against me for reporting H&S issues, hence
I have no alternative other than to use the RIDDOR online reporting form.

For your information,action and files

“Vexatious” to question the safety of PFI schools construction – still

PFI Schools Posted on Sat, April 23, 2016 06:49:24

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the Upper TierTribunal decision to refuse my application to
appeal the First Tier Tribunal decision ref the ISA Private Finance Initiative college in Exeter, which we all know is
a health and safety time-bomb and a boondogle.

There is breaking news from Scotland that the PFI schools
are falling down in a breeze, and these idiots at the Upper Tier Tribunal are claiming I have no
chance of success. The only reason I have no chance of success is the
fraudsters at the Information Commissioner’s Office and UT are obstructing me.

I call upon my MP to write to the Minster of Justice
about this Dransfield Vexatious Bullshit.

Yours in disgust

Reporting the danger to Ben Bradshaw MP

Windfarms Posted on Fri, April 22, 2016 07:39:07

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I appreciate this is outside your remit but I call upon
my MP to write to the Education Minister and protest against the installation
of wind turbines in school playgrounds as this photo clearly demonstrates.

The Board of Governors at this school are jumping on the profit bandwagon at the cost of child safety.

As you are aware,
collapsing wind turbines are quite common, and even if it doesn’t collapse there is a
danger of falling blades or ice. There is also the increased danger of lightning strikes.

I fully appreciate this particular wind turbine is a small size in
comparison, but I can safely say this wind turbine is non- compliant to HSE guidelines for
separation and should not be allowed.

For your information,action and files

Swanton Morley Primary School Wind Turbine

Dear Sir or Madam

Please provide me with all information you hold on the wind turbine recently installed at your school. I would also like to draw
your attention to the fact this wind turbine is
non-compliant to HSE separation safety guidelines.

For child safety, I would recommend a security fence is installed to prevent the
children’s access to the wind turbine to say at least 100 metres. It would be safer and more
cost-effective to remove the wind turbine completely owing to the imminent dangers
to the children and teachers.

With thanks

Yours sincerely
