Yet more incompetence leading to danger to the public

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the following url link which shows the M20 was
reopened leaving a large section of the bridge overhanging the motorway on the
North bound lanes.

What imbecile approved that?

If what I say is correct about
the absence of reinforcement steel, the general public were put at serious risk.

I understand a brand new bridge has now been installed over
both directions.

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

I wish to report suspicious
circumstance to the M20 Bridge collapse a couple of days ago. From media
coverage it would appear this concrete pedestrian bridge had not been
provisioned with any reinforcement steel and there was no vertical support pier
in the central reservation.

Under no circumstances would a bridge span 30 mts plus without reinforcement steel. This bridge has snapped in the middle of the
bridge like a Kitcat.

It would also appear the digger
which was being transported on a articulated lorry was traveling on the hard shoulder.

I fully appreciate this is
outside your patch but I would be grateful if you would flag up my fears to the
Ministry of Transport and the Health and Safety Executive. Under normal circumstance,I would alert the
HSE but as you are aware, they have imposed a lifetime ban against me.

In light of this bridge collapse and if it is
confirmed the reinforcement steel has been omitted, then all bridges in the UK
need to be checked.

By the grace of god this
incident (not accident) resulted in no fatalities and only one minor injury.

It would also appear that this collision occurred under slow to moderate
speed; hence, god help the general public in the event the lorries were
traveling at speed.

Whether or not this bridge was built with the Lafarge contaminated cement I know not, but what I do know is the incident should have
and could have been avoided if the Ministry of Transport were not
sleeping on the job.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

PS

I do hope you don’t think I am being too vexatious.

Was Dransfield really vexatious to ask about the Dartington School now it is being pulled down?

Vexatious Posted on Sun, August 28, 2016 08:21:22

Email sent – Information Commissioner 28/08/2016 07:50

Dear Sirs

Please see the attached 5 FOIA
requests from me to the Devon County Council (DCC) which have now been ignored
for over a year. As you are aware, the DCC have imposed a lifetime email ban
against me. Hence, I am unable to do any follow ups.

I now wish to elevate all these five requests to the ICO
because I consider the DCC are in breach of the FOIA 2000 and in particular
section 77of the said act.

As you will see one of my FOIA
request is relevant to the Dartington Primary Eco school which is going to be
demolished. This makes my FOIA request most relevant to the Public Interest
Test -i.e. public purse fraud ??

For your action and files

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Selsey School Fire

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sun, August 28, 2016 07:19:47

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

Please see the following report ref the subject title.

The root cause of this fire is
not yet known but don’t rule out lightning. The speed this fire
spread through the building is most disconcerting as well as the amount
of combustible material. It is also very worrying why so much “EXPLOSIVE
GASES” were stored inside the school.

In light of this fire, is it worth ensuring Devon Schools are safe or are you
too busy plotting against you Leader…..?

For your information, action and files

Yours sincerely
