Was Dransfield really vexatious to ask about the Dartington School now it is being pulled down?

Dear Sirs

Please see the attached 5 FOIA
requests from me to the Devon County Council (DCC) which have now been ignored
for over a year. As you are aware, the DCC have imposed a lifetime email ban
against me. Hence, I am unable to do any follow ups.

I now wish to elevate all these five requests to the ICO
because I consider the DCC are in breach of the FOIA 2000 and in particular
section 77of the said act.

As you will see one of my FOIA
request is relevant to the Dartington Primary Eco school which is going to be
demolished. This makes my FOIA request most relevant to the Public Interest
Test -i.e. public purse fraud ??

For your action and files

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Selsey School Fire

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sun, August 28, 2016 07:19:47

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

Please see the following report ref the subject title.

The root cause of this fire is
not yet known but don’t rule out lightning. The speed this fire
spread through the building is most disconcerting as well as the amount
of combustible material. It is also very worrying why so much “EXPLOSIVE
GASES” were stored inside the school.

In light of this fire, is it worth ensuring Devon Schools are safe or are you
too busy plotting against you Leader…..?

For your information, action and files

Yours sincerely

Dartington Flagship Eco Friendly School to be demolished

Ben Bradshaw MP Posted on Sun, August 28, 2016 07:12:17

Email sent

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the following
article ref the Dartington Eco school which is to be demolished because of
leaking roofs.

This was supposed to be a flagship eco-friendly school costing £7million to build. Let’s just do a
little bit of basic arithmetic.

1. Original cost to build £7,000,000

2. Court
Case. £3.000,000

3. New school build. £6.000,000

That’s £16,000,000 – what a waste of public funds.

On top of that we have the
rental charges for the temporary school building and the demolition of the
current school which is only 2/3 years old. It appears to me the Devon County
Council are run by a bunch of buffoons/cheats.

What’s this got to do with me? I hear you cry. Devon County Council comes under your patch so this is another
problem for you, which by the way is included in my recent listing

For your information action and
files

Nice work if you can get it

Attn Mr Paul Arnold

Customer Service Manager

Dear Sir

Further to my earlier email today in which I confirmed my allegations of wrongdoing and maladministration by the ICO and gave you 3 demonstrable points of evidence.

I now wish to add a 4th piece of evidence which supports my allegations of misfeasance and criminal negligence by the ICO.

Please see the ICO minutes below which confirms the ICO staff have been allowed to claim expense for overseas travel without receipts (para3) for the last decade.

Such action flies in the face of transparency, accountability and security and it beggars belief that millions of pounds have been spent from the public purse in the last decade and are unaccountable.

Please be mindful that a recent Upper Tribunal upheld a vexatious exemption in which I was seeking ICO expenses information.

No wonder the ICO are throwing the kitchen sink at the Dransfield Vexatious BS because the ICO have their greedy snouts in the expenses gravy trough.

It is inconceivable that the UK Government department allows their employees to travel world-wide, wine and dine etc and are not required to reconcile the expenses via receipts.

It beggars belief.

I would argue that the ICO are in serious breach of Government fiscal accountability rules.

No register of interests for ICO staff

Information Commissioner Posted on Sun, August 28, 2016 06:51:20

Email sent – 27/08/2016 05:27

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

It would appear the ICO are in complete meltdown and I
call upon my MP to write to the relevant authority and ask for an
explanation why:-

1.The ICO senior staff have failed to fill in a Register Of
Interests document?

2. Why the ICO staff are not
required to provide a receipt for their expenses?

……
