Fire at West Exe College

Subject: West Exe Fire this week

Are you are aware of the fire in West Exe school this week which has been reported as suspicious? What concerns me, is the amount of unnecessary damage to other parts of the school which resulted from flooding by the sprinklers.

It is a myth that ass the sprinklers are activated if one sprinkler is abused.

Sounds to me like a cowboy sprinklers installation because there “SHOULD BE” zone protection to avoid such flooding damage.

No wonder the DCC are refusing my FOIA request Mr Bradshaw? No wonder the M&E facets of the As Built Health and Safety Files have gone AWOL!

With thanks

Dangerous Tree – at last some action

At long last I have received a very positive response from South West Highways regarding the dangerous tree at West Exe College.

I am most concerned that South West Highways have given West Exe College six months for the required remedial works on this dangerous tree.

We need immediate remedial works as a matter of urgency or shall we wait until body bags are required?
