Please see the World Bank Ombudsman’s report on the Chad to Cameroon Pipeline. In essence, this report supports my claims that Labour Party Government Ministers, i.e., Claire Short and Hillary Benn repeatedly and consistently lied to HM Government, whilst they held DFID ministerial posts between 2002 and 2007.
This report also confirms the DFID and the UK Treasury have failed their duty of care to protect Central Government Funding on this World Bank Project, which has seen UK funds and oil revenues diverted to support terrorisim in Chad.
This report also supports my claims that the Chad/Cameroon Pipeline has been Operating in a legal void since 2003.
I now call upon my MP to call for a public inquiry into the Chad/Cameroon Pipeline.
This report also confirms my allegation of malfeasance, fraud and theft of public funds and flagrant criminal negligence by Exxonmobil and the World Bank.
