Kensington Council

Dear Mr Yu

So, how can you know my original email FOIA
request was lost? I will now submit a brand new FOIA for the Grenfell Tower fire.

Please provide me with the following details:

1. A copy of the As Built Health and Safety File for the
refurbishment works completed in 2015.

2. A copy of the Internal and External Audit Report for
the Council ISO 9000 series.

3. A copy of the approved Fire Risk Assessment for
Grenfell

4. A copy of the Kensington Council Risk Assessment for the
Grenfell Refurbishment works.

5. A copy of the tender bid process for the Grenell
Refurbishment works.

6. A copy of the Lightning protection Certificate for the
Grenfell Tower Block.

With thanks

Alan M Dransfield
