Dear Mr Graham
I fervently do believe you have blood on your hands and
in particular I refer to the 12-year-old schoolgirl who was killed when a wall
collapsed at Liberton School Edinburgh. This incident (not accident) could and should have been avoided. In my view
this loss of life should go on record as wilful negligence/manslaughter.
As you are aware, the ICO decision GIA/3037/2011 dated 28th Jan 2013 was some 15 months prior
to the death of the school girl, and if the ICO had not acted in a cavalier/unlawful manner ref the GIA/3037 case, the Liberton School faults may have been identified via a FOIA request.
I am not prepared
to name the 12-year-old schoolgirl who was killed by the falling wall
because I do not wish to put the poor
family through any further torment .
I have no doubt it won’t be much longer either before
your hands are bloodied again by the unlawful use of the Dransfield Vexatious
BS which, will allow life-threatening dangers at UK schools to remain
undetected.
Your etc
Dransfield
