Freedom of Information and Health and Safety

This blog is aimed at shaming those who ignore health and safety and those who abuse the Freedom of Information Act out of laziness, corruption or to cover up incompetence.

Dransfield was right; Information Commissioner Graham was lethally wrong.

Dear Mr Bradshaw

During my recent research into Scottish PFI school
dangers I have learned of one fatal
accident already in April 2014 when an internal wall in the school gymnasium
collapsed killing the 12-year-old schoolgirl. The school involved was Liberton High School. Whether or not this
particular school is a PFI school I know not at this juncture, but intend to
find out.

An internal wall in any building should not fall down; hence,
this death could and should have been avoided. Whether or not the walls at Exeter
PFI schools are in danger of falling down I don’t know, but until I see the As Built Health and Safety files
for each school I will not stop.

For your urgent action and files

Yours in disgust

Dransfield

They were all fore-warned this would happen.

Information Commissioner Graham has the blood of children on his hands

Dear Mr Graham

I fervently do believe you have blood on your hands and
in particular I refer to the 12-year-old schoolgirl who was killed when a wall
collapsed at Liberton School Edinburgh. This incident (not accident) could and should have been avoided. In my view
this loss of life should go on record as wilful negligence/manslaughter.

As you are aware, the ICO decision GIA/3037/2011 dated 28th Jan 2013 was some 15 months prior
to the death of the school girl, and if the ICO had not acted in a cavalier/unlawful manner ref the GIA/3037 case, the Liberton School faults may have been identified via a FOIA request.

I am not prepared
to name the 12-year-old schoolgirl who was killed by the falling wall
because I do not wish to put the poor
family through any further torment .

I have no doubt it won’t be much longer either before
your hands are bloodied again by the unlawful use of the Dransfield Vexatious
BS which, will allow life-threatening dangers at UK schools to remain
undetected.

4 serious accidents at PFI Schools

PFI Schools Posted on Tue, April 19, 2016 07:57:16

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

I appreciate this is outside your remit but I am merely
highlighting the dangers of PFI schools in Scotland.

Liberton school in Edinburgh has had four (4) serious incidents in as many
years:-

1. Child killed by collapsed wall.

2. Child seriously hurt falling thru a
lift shaft.

3. Child seriously injured by falling goal post.

4. School closed due
to serious structural faults. It sounds more like a Carry on Film than a PFI
school!

With thanks

Dransfield
