Dear Sir
As you are aware, I am on record with you about the subject title, and I
believe you have not taken me seriously. The theft of public funds is a
secondary issue. My primary concerns are related to the health and safety of
thousands of people along the 1070 km of the Chad/Cameroon Pipeline (CCP). TheCCP
is STILL operating in a legal void by virtue of the fact the mandatory Area
Specific Oil Spill Response Plans (ASOSRP)
are STILL not in place, which contravenes International Laws and CCP contract terms
of conditions and WB Polices and Procedures.
I call upon your office to meet me in person and discuss these matters in finer
detail. In the event you are too busy to meet me, may I suggest a conference
call.
