These two ICO
decision notices confirm my allegations that the ICO are part of a wider
conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and in particular section 77 Of the
FOI 2000.
No person applying
a right and proper mind could have reached these vexatious decisions in 1 &
2 above and in my view, supports my claims that the ICO are in complete
meltdown and are using silent fraud tactics .
This is most
relevant to my complaints and I wish you to be mindful of 1& 2 above as you
investigate my complaints.
I am currently
running a campaign at 38 Degrees for a public inquiry into vexatious decisions
by the ICO and 1 & 2 above are further evidence of silent fraud at the ICO.
