In April this year the Post Office refused a Freedom of Information Act request regarding the Post Office multi million £ fraud as being “vexatious”.

Dear Sirs 

Please see the letter from the Cabinet Office and their FOIA review. I am not satisfied with the Cabinet Office (CO)decision and  review and I now wish to elevate this matter to the ICO. It is apparent to me the Cabinet Office  are breaching section 77 of the said act.
