In April this year the Post Office refused a Freedom of Information Act request regarding the Post Office multi million £ fraud as being “vexatious”.

Dear Sir

I am sure you are aware of the recent breaking news  ref the Postmasters, who have been cleared of all fraud charges  brought against them by the Post Office by the High Court.

I wish to draw you attention to the fact the Post Office and Government Officials have used the Dransfield Vexatious  Court precedent to pervert the course of Justice. Please see the following URL  which is concrete evidence of  fraud by the Post Office. I call upon my MP to seek a Public Inquiry into the use of the Dransfield  Vexatious  Court  Precedent. In essence, my name is being used to pervert the Course of Justice.

Dear Madam

Under protection of the FOIA 2000 please provide me with the following information relating to your repatriation to Canada from April to August last year.

1. A copy of your expenses for this said period.

2. A copy of your credit card  statement for the said period.

3. A copy of the authorisation for your absence for the said period.

4. A copy of your expenses in the UK whilst you were absent i.e., house rental, car rental, schooling etc.

This is a brand new FOIA request; hence please do not attempt to use either the GIA /3037/2013  the VEXATIOUS BS or the latest fraudulent decision BS   from Judge Wikely ie GIA/0399/2020 10/12/20.ie Section 50(2)(c).

I think most fair minded people would be alarmed to learn you abandoned your position at the ICO HQ which incidentally is still leaking Radon Gas and my FOIA remains ignored.
