Early Streamer Lightning Protection System

Lightning Protection Posted on Mon, September 29, 2014 17:41:07

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Further evidence that the Early Streamer Lightning
Protection System does not work. It is inconceivable that the Ministry Of Defence and other public authorities have approved the use of this type of lightning protection in
the UK.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Lightning Protection in Torbay Schools

Lightning Protection Posted on Mon, September 29, 2014 17:39:22

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the following lightning Protection Policy from
Torbay County Council.

Can you please ask the Devon County Council why they
have do not hold an approved Lightning Protection Policy for all schools and colleges under their remit.

It is pointless for me ask such a question under the FOIA 2000 as the DCC would automatically claim section 14/1 of the
FOIA 2000 ie Vexatious Exemption.

On face value, it would appear that Torbay
County Council at least take Lightning Seriously. However, even this document is
outdated.

For your information action and files

With thanks

Yours
sincerely

Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham – PFI

PFI Hospitals Posted on Mon, September 29, 2014 17:34:33

Dear Mr Bradshaw

In light of the breaking news that the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital
in Birmingham is a health and
safety deathtrap, please see the response I got to my FOI request two years ago
from the QE Hospital Trust.

I can now understand why PFI and PPP
contracts are an abject failure and slowly bankrupting the country.

According to the QE NH Trust they do not hold any technical documents of a
£2billion Hospital.

It is inconceivable that the owner of such a large hospital is oblivious to the
project specifications and as built drawings for their premises.

I appreciate such matters are outside your remit, but the shadow government has
a duty of care to protest such matters.

I trust you will elevate this matter to the appropriate oversight authority .

For your information action and files.

Only “vexatious” where no public interest can be demonstrated

“Vexatious” Requests (96)

3. Public authorities have expressed concern that section 14(1) on vexatious requests is hard to use. Index on Censorshipsupports the principle that the section should only be used as a last resort against those filing multiple FOI requests where no public interest can be demonstrated. “

Compliance Advice Ombudsman

World Bank

Dear Sirs
Please see the following Amnesty International (AI) report which claims the human rights of thousands of people along the Chad Cameroon Pipeline have been breached by the World Bank and Exxonmobil.

The AI report supports my claims the Chad Cameroon Pipeline has been operating in a legal void ref Human Rights for several years.

Accident statistics

Windfarms Posted on Fri, September 05, 2014 17:28:22

Email sent – 04 September 2014 06:08

Dear Mr Bradshaw

These wind turbine accident statistics make very disconcerting reading, which is compounded further by the secret service attitude of the HSE. I believe the HSE is failing in its duty of care in relation to investigating wind turbine accidents and reporting them into the public domain. By the way, have you read the two HSE reports on the two collapsed WT in the SW? If not, why not?

As you are aware, the HSE has placed a lifetime email ban against me for reporting H&S issues.

Would you be so kind as to submit a FOIA request to the HSE asking how much it cost the HSE to investigate the two crippled WT in the SW and the cost of the two reports?

For your information action and files.

Yours sincerely

Was Dransfield really vexatious for questioning these schools?
