Dear Madam

Under protection of the FOIA 2000 please provide me with the following information relating to your repatriation to Canada from April to August last year.

1. A copy of your expenses for this said period.

2. A copy of your credit card  statement for the said period.

3. A copy of the authorisation for your absence for the said period.

4. A copy of your expenses in the UK whilst you were absent i.e., house rental, car rental, schooling etc.

This is a brand new FOIA request; hence please do not attempt to use either the GIA /3037/2013  the VEXATIOUS BS or the latest fraudulent decision BS   from Judge Wikely ie GIA/0399/2020 10/12/20.ie Section 50(2)(c).

I think most fair minded people would be alarmed to learn you abandoned your position at the ICO HQ which incidentally is still leaking Radon Gas and my FOIA remains ignored.

Dear Sir

As you are aware, Robert Pickthall granted power of attorney to me to obtain his personal data. I fully understand that the GDPR 2018 does not provide the ability to release such information after death. I wish to clarify the SAR is limited up to and including the 31st July 2019.

I understand that the ICO instructed the CWAC to release all Personal Data  to Robert Pickthall’s hours before his death.

In the event you do not cooperate in the release of Mr Pickthalls SAR, I shall elevate this matter to the ICO. I shall also consider that failure to provide me with the SAR will be seen as further egregious conduct and maladministration by your office. This is not intended to be a scurrilous or vexatious letter and notwithstanding the veracity of my allegations, the gravity of my claims behooves your office to fully cooperate  with my request.
