Attn of the Prime Minister

Dear Prime Minister

Please see the following
article which confirms my concerns and fears for sub-standard scam lightning protection, which has been installed on UK nuclear sites
and oil and gas refineries in the UK. The Office of the Nuclear Regulator
(ONR) and the HSE are fully aware of my concerns, but they are
both satisfied that such scam lightning designs are adequate for public protection. It is fairly obvious to me that both the ONR and the HSE are
turning a blind eye to serious H&S irregularities and anomalies
regarding Lightning Protection System.

I call for a full, forensic investigation into my allegation that scam Lightning Protection is being
approved nationwide in the UK by the HSE and ONR.

Your Secretary of State for the
HSE, Penny Mordaunt, is fully aware of this situation but has chosen to
turn a willful blind eye.

Dear Sirs

Please see your Decision Notice below.
This decision is unlawful because you have failed to cite the vexatious court precedent which you have relied upon to reach your
vexatious decision notice. As your are aware, the GIA/3037/2011
Dransfield v ICO is the UK’s leading vexatious court authority.

This Decision Notice is therefore null and void and will
need to rescheduled. I wonder if such mistake are commonplace because the
ICO does not operate any ISO 9000 series, or is it because they consider themselves
above the law?

Saudi Aramco

Dear Mr Dressler

You will recall I alerted you that scam lightning
protection had been installed on Saudi Aramco Facilities two years
ago.

Please see the following article from the Institute of
Lightning Engineers about DAS/CTS. This article confirms the DAS/CTS are, in
essence, a Scam Lightning Protection System. Hence all Saudi Aramco Oil
and Gas Facilities which have had the DAS/CTS installed are sub standard
and unsafe. As you are well aware, I am a former Saudi Aramco pipeline engineer
and I reported this scam/fraud over a decade ago. I would be most grateful if
you would elevate this matter to the Saudi Aramco CEO.

In the mean time, I will alert the Saudi Arabian Ambassador
to this urgent matter.
