Early Streamer Lightning Protection System

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Further evidence that the Early Streamer Lightning
Protection System does not work. It is inconceivable that the Ministry Of Defence and other public authorities have approved the use of this type of lightning protection in
the UK.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Lightning Protection in Torbay Schools

Lightning Protection Posted on Mon, September 29, 2014 17:39:22

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the following lightning Protection Policy from
Torbay County Council.

Can you please ask the Devon County Council why they
have do not hold an approved Lightning Protection Policy for all schools and colleges under their remit.

It is pointless for me ask such a question under the FOIA 2000 as the DCC would automatically claim section 14/1 of the
FOIA 2000 ie Vexatious Exemption.

On face value, it would appear that Torbay
County Council at least take Lightning Seriously. However, even this document is
outdated.

With thanks

Yours
sincerely

Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham – PFI

PFI Hospitals Posted on Mon, September 29, 2014 17:34:33

Dear Mr Bradshaw

In light of the breaking news that the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital
in Birmingham is a health and
safety deathtrap, please see the response I got to my FOI request two years ago
from the QE Hospital Trust.

I can now understand why PFI and PPP
contracts are an abject failure and slowly bankrupting the country.

According to the QE NH Trust they do not hold any technical documents of a
£2billion Hospital.

It is inconceivable that the owner of such a large hospital is oblivious to the
project specifications and as built drawings for their premises.

I appreciate such matters are outside your remit, but the shadow government has
a duty of care to protest such matters.

I trust you will elevate this matter to the appropriate oversight authority .

For your information action and files.
