I note the New ICO Guidelines version 1- 20130514 (37 page document) is not dated.
Can you please advise me why that document was NOT signed and NOT dated.
If such matters don’t come under your remit, I would be most grateful if you would elevate this issue to the correct department.

Dear Mr Bradshaw
You will recall I asked you to write to the HSE and ask them for a copy of the investigation report ref the two wind turbines which collapsed in Jan 2013 in the West Country.
You wrote to the Dept of Energy instead and they came back with a load of (rubbish) about the collpased turbines. May I please make a second request to my MP ato obtain a copy of the HSE investigation report please?
Are you not concerned that the HSE have not published their investigation report into these collapsed structures?
