I strongly recommend you should forward this HSE report to your shadow secreatary as it indicates the HSE have failed their duty of care ref Public safety from Wind Turbines and WT collapse in general.
I am in the process of obtaining specific details for the two WT collpases in the South West, but this particular report indicate serious failing at the HSE and the Dept of Pensions

This letter from Carillion confirms the St Peters school drinking water is unsafe and unfit for purpose and has been like that since 2005.
No wonder the DCC are spending thousands of pounds defending their vexatious decision against me.

Can you pease give me an explanation why you did not sign off the Completion Certificates for the 6 PFI schools until several years AFTER they were commissioned? Public buildings are usually signed off before they are commissioned and opened to the general public. Could this explain the irregularities and anomalies, eg drinking water and substandard windows, lightning protection inter alia?

May I ask you why you turned a blind eye to the fact the Exeter City Council post dated the Completion Certs for the 6 PFI schools by several years? Therefore, these schools were operating in a legal void due to the absence of the Completion Certificate.
It is a legal requirement to obtain a Completion Certificate before a public building is commissioned.
These schools are still operating in a legal void due to numerous irregularities e.g. contaminated drinking water, substandard windows and glazing, inadequate lightning protection and risk assessment of the same.
In a nutshell these schools are boondogle and you know it!
