Would you kindly provide me with a full account of the recent plumbing works at the 6 PFI schools eg:-
1.Full costs
2.Why was it necessary
3.Who paid for it.
4.Were all 6 PFI schools affected
5.What happened to the scrap copper pipes; was this set against the material cost.
